Correct if I’m wrong, but I thought Jesus specifically had two commandments 1. Love your neighbor 2. Love your God with all your mind, heart, soul. (Not looking to circumvent sin, but wondering since I’m newly in scripture and only knew of the original 10 commandments of the Old Testament and the two Jesus specifically called us to)

I don’t love secular music and movies and stuff i still consume it because I love dancing and singing and being entertained and hearing stories so I will listen and enjoy things but ignore the sin and don’t go out and do what songs are saying or what sin is happening in movies

I avoid this traditional sin of going out and partying, watching tv/ listening to music, avoiding things that are dark and unholy and checking myself nonstop. But I still find myself betraying Him because my mind loves to drift into lustful fantasy and it's an active effort to not look at all of the immodestly dressed women in LA. Thank you for your correction. If anyone has any tips for me in my situation, please help.

When you become a home for the Holy Spirit, sinning starts to hurt. The sin I was living in was revealed really as bondage. It’s wild you who start to become. I am not even the same girl I was a year ago, none the less yearssss ago! 😭🙏🏼❤️He’s such a good Abba!
