I have a 35 year-old son and a 20 year-old daughter and I made a video on my phone to them just saying how much I love them. Nothing too long but that way if something happens to me, I know I know my daughter be in my phone.

Draw it up on writing and have whoever you want to take her sign it saying they agree to take her, you sign it saying you want that and have it notarized. That is what I had to do in the state of CT when I did this

I can’t imagine that at all I can’t imagine how they can treat her it’s making me upset knowing I could suffer this with my kids but my oldest would be okay I know she would try to fight for them when the time came but I’d rather give my kids to my exes family knowing they would be very loved there to make a notary letter in this case as well
