So he didn't think anything of it when he saw a child on the back of the man's motorcycle...must somebody him know top cuz dem apparently live close enough for him to hear what happened which means he must have known that child was not his daughter but as a society, we've been conditioned to turn our eyes away from certain crimes...it took the man chopping her up for anything to come out of it. That child should have been protected from the get go. As a society, we need to be able to step in when we see predators with children, clear predators and forcibly separate them if we have to. Too much of letting this slide now.
