🦀🦐 SEAFOOD BOIL for my birthday lunch! One thing about me is I don't skimp out on ✨flavor✨ Giving out the recipe for my seafood boil sauce to you guys. Let me know if you try it! Recipe: 2 blocks Butter 250g Garlic, chopped 250g Onion, choped 6 pcs Red bell pepper, chopped 2 tbsp Smoked paprika 2 tbsp Chili flakes 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper 1 tbsp Thyme 1 tbsp Black pepper Salt, to taste  1 cup Sweet Chili sauce 1 cup Orange juice 1/2 cup Lemon juice 8 pcs Mud Crab 4 pcs Corn, cut to 4 6 pcs Potatoes 1 kg Large Shrimp/prawns 4 pcs Hungarian Sausage Seafood Boil Sauce: 1. In a large wok or pot, on medium heat melt the butter. 2. Saute the garlic, until fragrant.  3. Add in the onion and saute for 2 minutes.  4. Add the chopped bell pepper, and cook for 5 minutes on LOW HEAT, stirring constantly, so nothing burns. 5. Mix in the spices, and cook for 1 minute.  6. Add in the sweet chili sauce, orange juice, and lemon juice.  7. Season to taste. You can add more chili if you want it to be spicy.  Seafood Boil. 1. In a large pot, boil a lot of water, enough to submerge the ingredients.  2. Season with salt and bayleaves. 3. Cook the corn and potatoes for 6-8 minutes (depending on the size), and then set aside. 4. Cook the crabs for 8-10 minutes (depending on the size), then set aside. 5. Cook the shrimp and sausage for 3 minutes, then set aside. 6. Cook the mussels for 3-4 minutes and set aside. 7. Toss all the ingredients in the seafood boil sauce. Do it by batch if it doesn't fit the wok. 8. Lastly, toss the hard boiled egg in the sauce separately. 8. Serve with more seafood sauce on the side, lemon wedges, and lotsssss and white rice. 9. Enjoy!
