This is very interesting! I’m on my second bottle of the Anua toner and I’m still waiting to se some brightening effects. The hydration is ok for summertime here in Norway but autumn and vinter it’s like water on my dry mature skin. In the last month I’ve gott som reaction around mouth and eyes when I put it on, like light burning itching and the skin gets red and crinkly. I thought maybe the formula was changed!? I love Beauty of joseon products but haven’t trying the toner so I think I try it out after seeing this post.
