Had a lady give me $100 on a $4 purchase. In the morning. Normally I would’ve told her to eat it all the way to a bank but I knew from a previous transaction I actually had a $50 and some $20s in my drawer. And let me tell you she was MAD that I gave her big bills back 😂 GO TO A BANK

I have to aggressively lock the door of the vintage store when I go in and out with inventoy, despite the store being dark/visibly closed/the sign on the door saying closed etc or I will just turn around to a human randomly standing in the middle of the dark store, tripping over things.

I had a manager at the SB I worked at that would hold tight to the “no cleaning until we’re closed” rule- talk up all the customers to the very last minute and then some and then get mad when I couldn’t clean the entire store by myself in 5 mins

I work at a drive thru coffee and a woman ordered a hot latte and a flat white, I told her we don’t have flat whites on the menu but if she wanted more or less foam we could 100% do that for her, she literally said “idk about the foam I don’t know what a flat white is but I’ve ordered it here all the time.” Where are the cameras 😭
