Ground turkey is a good sub for chicken. I didn’t think Panko was gluten free 🤷🏻 you can always get a box of gloves if you don’t like the texture feel on your skin.

I always use disposable gloves (latex, powder-free) when hand mixing, making burger patties, etc because of texture also. It really does help. Keep up with your cooking adventures! Great job 😊

Tip to keep your knives sharp- when scraping off your cutting board, use the back side instead of the blade.

I switch between ground chicken & turkey - they taste so similar (to me) & cook the same. I fry the meatballs & finish them in homemade spaghetti sauce. 👏 Great job! Looks yummy!

The only thing I would add is what temperature did you set your oven to for these. In case anyone wants to make them. These sound delicious. 😋 Also I love your videos as a fellow service dog handler(mine is for Autism, Scoliosis, & Complex PTSD). 💚💚🐾

Turkey has a better texture anyway. Chicken is usually fairly mealy so turkeys an upgrade. Fairly close in nutrients as well

ooo i make teriyaki meat balls a lot from this old recipe i have and they are great. i use beef not chicken because that’s the recipe👍
