I need help finding a exfoliant that’s fa safe and acne safe I want the milkfolisnt one from dermologica but it’s not fungal acne safe and has triggering ingredients I use tret every day but my nose is so clogged I feel and I get bumps sometimes on my forehead and chin and along the side of my face but mostly my skin is clear I just don’t know what to do

Is it possible that my skin doesn’t like azelaic acid? I have azelaic acid serum from the inkey list and I think it’s not helping me and I have actually more and more pimples. I’m not sure if it’s because of the formula or just the ingredient alone is not good for me
