People always joke about the personality, higher being layoff proof and it’s kind of serious.. you can be really really talented at your job, but if nobody likes to work with you, that’s going to be very difficult. be likable bring good energy be on time and do good work that will take you a long way. 2. Your job is to make your manager and your leader. Leadership look good. it’s all kind of a bragging competition at work so take that what you want. 3. Specially if you’re a woman or a young woman and a woman of color, you are going to have a target on your back you’re gonna need to work twice as hard. have a thick skin, build allies, and mentors with the right people and have receipts for everything. also don’t take anything personally it’s just not that serious even though it’s hard. build a life outside of work and believe in yourself don’t let anyone else discourage you. #jobtips #corporategirlies #corporateadvice #jobtips #careertiktok #careertok
