Don’t fear the reaper, then give V’s body to Johnny is my favorite way to end it. V gets one last badass hoorah and when he realizes there’s nothing he can do to save himself, why would he NOT give his body to someone who can actually use it? Also Johnny gets a second lease on life to be a better person. It’s bittersweet but hopeful in the end

The star... is the only hopeful ending for V. He has Judy, Panam and a new family who say they have contacts who can take care of V's problem... it's the only good ending

It’s the soulless feeling of the ending compared to the comfort of knowing Johnny lives his life or you living happily with panam until you die or even going on your complete own terms losing nobody.

I got this ending and honestly… I love how horrible it is. Everything Johnny was say just ends up being right after his death. Best part is that cycle just keep on repeating, first time V goes to risky height for dream and his friend dies, second time he doesn’t care about a dream and just wants to live, and his another friend dies again, and this third time… he goes alone, ‘cause he has no reason actually to go there. Yes he’s promised a cure, but he doesn’t care at that point

I think that Don't Fear the Reaper plus the end of the sun is the canon ending, I also did the ending of Johnny and Rouge where V takes control again and obviously it's the same ending, with the difference that Panam never appeared in the penthouse

If they left Jackie a little more at least or give the option to even betray him (never) the game imo could have been better overall . Imo It felt quite rushed Jackie s death

I like king of pentacles. You quite literally lose everything and just fits the “no happy endings in NC” theme. Gave me a similar feeling as what blade runner 2049 did. Super depressing lol

Every ending has it's own good and bad sides. In the sun ending V will die, however they achieved their goal, they matter and are one of the most known mercenaries. Since the beginning of the game that was the point for V. Simply saying that this ending is the worst really flattens the situation. The only ending I consider all around bad is the devil ending, because i simply cannot find any positive side to it.
