Ur IC number is linked to the jabatan yg in charge to record those who are eligible for the assistance and if you are, you'll be able to buy stuff using your IC number... because of that database. that's how I understand it tho.

just sedikit info .. ada sesetengah barang yang boleh beli guna duit bantuan SARA (betulkan jika salah) dan ada pasaraya yang letak noted/tanda dan perlu bayar di kaunter yang ada sign SARA.

No need password la. Just give your ic to the cashier and they will scan the things that you buy and they deduct lah. any balance can bring forward to next month

That 100 is a trap once you use it, you are trapped by a tracker and they can estimate your actual income and actual expenditure and then they can tax you based on that algorithm
