I just have one very important thing to say. It may be WAY out there but hear me out. If we have scientists that know how tsunamis are created and formed as I’m sure almost every one of the big super powers do. Could this be a result of environmental warfare, and if not why haven’t we invested into the research and development of such technology? We could flatten huge chunks of adversary territory along with military installation’s/personnel without any “finger print” per-say or finger pointing. The ocean can and will become a weapon, if it’s not already now in the future I am almost certain it will.

FYI - The potential US impactt has been downgraded. An 8.8 quake struck off the eastern coast of Russia today, triggering tsunami alerts along the entire U.S. West Coast, Hawaii, and Alaska. Hawaii's warning has been downgraded to an advisor. Most advisories along the California coast were lifted, but some areas remained under advisory.
