Yet they voted against kids having a free school lunch, they won't do anything about knife crime that is affecting youth, they won't give them proper education at school, they belittle and punish the youth at every chance they get, they won't raise benefits to help struggling parents, they won't do anything about child poverty. But sure, the government want to "protect the kids". 🙄

I’m all about protecting children, although it should be the responsibility of the parents, not the government. This law was brought in without a public vote. The ramifications around this topic is fucking horrifying and I’m despairing at how corrupt it is. This isn’t 1984, but we are getting there
