@yamyam4444: 13 days post op 360 FDL tummy tuck, mons lift and arm lift. Sharing the before photos is the scariest thing I’ve ever done. After losing 130lbs I was left with so much loose skin that it really affected me mentally and physically. I could feel it moving constantly when working out or walking, I’d sweat under it and when I looked in the mirror sometimes I still saw the 270lb girl I was before looking back. Now I just don’t know who I’m looking at 🤣 I think I’m always going to struggle with self image. In a few months I’ll be fully healed and ready to start the next chapter. I’ll be back at the gym but with different priorities.
