This is what happens when your number of years in any field make you think that preparing for every project/case is for the inexperienced. The guy doesn't prepare anymore, he uses public court arguments that any one of us can regurgitate from newspapers and radios, and hope to win with fhem. In court you use sensible arguments to win and that can only happen if prepare. Put yourself in your opponent's position and ascertain how and which direction they'll approach the case and flip over to your side and argue against.
