I think he had a medically assisted death. He appeared in good health for someone with Parkinson’s when he was doing his final performance a couple weeks prior to his death. I think that’s why it was so emotional for him. I thought it was just because he wouldn’t perform again. But I think now it was because he knew he was going to pass. And to sing a song about going home knowing you’ll be gone in 2 weeks cannot be easy. He’s is and always was a pretty tough man. Even in the face of death he was composed
