In & Out BBQ ONION RINGS 😮‍💨 Recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️ Before we dive into this recipe, I have to give a shoutout to @Bearmountain BBQ —I’ve been using their pellets for the past 5 years, and there is a reason I do! Their smoke pellets add incredible depth and flavor to everything I cook. These Pellets can be used in ANY Smoker! For this cook I used Maple Bourbon Pecan  Makes 12  Ingredients: 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef 6 Yellow Onions 2 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Worcestershire 2 Tbsp SPG Seasoning 1/2 Cup Chopped Pickles 8 Ounces Cheddar Cheese 24 Bacon Slices 4 Tbsp BBQ Rub - I used Sticky Bourbon Brown Ale @Derek Wolf  6 Tbsp BBQ Sauce Sesame Seeds In & Out Sauce: 1/2 Cup Mayo 3 Tbsp Ketchup 2 Tbsp @Melinda's Hot Sauce Sriracha 2 Tbsp Relish 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar 1 Tsp Sugar 2 Tbsp Water to thin How to: 1. Using the Onion Rings you did not use. Chop about 1 cup and sauté in a pan with 2 Tbsp Butter and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire for about 8 minutes until soft  2. In a bowl add Ground Beef, Sautéed Onions, SPG Seasoning, Pickles, Cheddar Cheese, and mix well 3. Cut ends of Onions and slice in the center and use a big and smaller ring to stuff 4. Stuff in the mixture and use 2 slices of bacon to cover the rings 5. Season with your favorite BBQ Rub 6. In the Smoker at 250 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours 7. Then baste with BBQ and top with sesame seeds and back in the smoker for about 15 minutes 8. Dip in the In & Out Sauce and enjoy!
