I think you nailed it. It so hard to not see black people as a monolith when you’re so use to advocating and politicking as a collective. The clothes are nice but they are representative of a class ppl can’t obtain readily while there is an increase in wealth disparities in America. It’s timely as an affront to trump (no dei) but untimely with a shrinking middle class and suffering lower class.
