Yep. I had a consultation a few months back and the lady had several NOT "strategically covered" in the office right off the front door 🤯... I thought dang I'm sure your teenage son loves having his friends over 🙄. But you're gonna need to remove those prior to listing! Duh

💯 staging is everything you don’t have to go overboard but clean up & try to take down family pictures & religious artifacts as well & check the refrig for pics stuck on there too you never know what will offend a buyer and blow the deal

Take all personal photos down I mean, I would even take the places that you liked and went on vacation and you have their picture on the wall. Definitely don’t have names ages and birthdates on those photos of generic artwork. Fine a person stuff no same thing for family, heirlooms, and small Nick Naki stuff I have Heard of people swiping things off of people‘s mantels out of their bathrooms and that’s usually medicine from the medicine cabinet I mean, I’m sure there’s horror stories of people stealing all kinds of things from showing houses or seeing houses whatever so like go to the bare-bones basics and hopefully your new new place and you’ve moved everything out that’s not staying in the house I mean probably the easiest thing to do if you’re not living in the house that you’re selling is to get it staged.
