So here’s the move: I scored the SPAM® Hickory Smoke Flavored with crosshatches before cooking. Don’t overthink it any knife with light pressure will do the trick. Scoring opens it up as it cooks, letting in more smoke and giving the sauce way more surface to cling to.  That small step makes a big difference. You get crispy edges, smoky depth, and BBQ flavor in every bite while still keeping that familiar meaty taste.  One of the best bites I’ve made, hands down. BBQ heaven with a twist. Waaay better than hotdog burnt ends. Don’t sleep on this one it’s a must try!  _______________________________________  Ingredients: • 3 cans or more of @spambrand Hickory Smoke Flavored • Yellow mustard • BBQ rub • BBQ sauce • Hot Honey  Instructions: • Crosshatch both sides of SPAM® Hickory Smoke Flavored with the largest surface area, slice in halves, crosshatch the inner side then each half into 6 cubes. • Yellow mustard as a binder then season w/ your favorite BBQ rub. • Smoke at 250F for about 2hrs. • After 2hrs transfer to an aluminum tray then add in about a cups of BBQ sauce, a sprinkle of more BBQ rub, mix then top with a drizzle of hot honey. • Place back into smoker to tack up for 15-20min. • Let cool then enjoy 🤙🏽  #SPAMBrand #SPAMburntends #burntends #tftibbq
