I started at 240 and am now 162 after being on tirzepatide for a year. My knees were in so much pain. Best decision I ever made for myself! I get it girl. Congrats on any loss because it’s hard! Especially after 30!!!

I got plantar fasciitis after pregnancy which hurt soooo bad and can happen after pregnancy or sudden weight gain. Loosing weight will help but look up exercises specifically for PF, doing these daily basically took my foot pain away and I still have a lot of weight to loose. Hope that helps xx

Weight definitely makes a difference- are you sure you don’t have plantar fasciitis tho? 💗

I agree with the comment about making sure you don’t have plantar fasciitis or a stress fracture. When I was pregnant, I walked A LOT, and I’m a teacher. Being on my feet so much with the additional baby weight (my daughter weighted 10 pounds, not counting other pregnancy weight)…I attributed the pain to weight gain and being postpartum actually ended up having a stress fracture in my foot. Yay for wanting to be the healthiest mommy possible, but I wouldn’t immediately rule out an injury you don’t know about.

My feet started to hurt really bad this past year and I realized it was a lack of estrogen . Not to invalidate what you’re saying AT ALL just saying post baby hormones might have something to do with it . Maybe ?

I do think about this a lot in the summer. I hit 48 and my thighs started rubbing for the first time in my life and I was like OMG HOW DO I HANDLE THIS??? Ftr, I was never super thin, I just have wide hips that kept my thighs apart…till they didn’t lol.

I found out that if you get frequent Charley horses/ leg cramps it contributes to plantars- got a massage gun and it's been effective
