Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add the beaten egg and mix well. Then add the butter, flour, and salt. Knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Cut the chicken thighs into pieces and place them in a bowl.
