Yeah, I felt this way too. Kenny was "Jana's boyfriend" and a lot of men get jealous when their girls are the focal point or the breadwinners. I got a similar vibe from someone on season 7 being resentful of how well liked the girl they were coupled up with. Won't say names but he has 3 dreads.

On Nick Viall’s podcast she told a story about how she had to go downstairs to get a new key for their room and idk why he was pissed maybe bc he had to wait - first of all he should’ve done that and let her wait - and that he was pounding on the door cussing her out in Spanish. All the glares and side eyes caught on camera? Always dropping her in the ground and not helping her up? Dude the Pisces men I dated were SO feminine in the sense that THEY want the attention on them and they competed with me ALL THE TIME.

That’s what Kenny’s problem was. He can edit a good video, but he by himself isn’t charismatic enough to move a room like Jana. And he knew that. That’s why he was sucking off Jana’s energy like an incubus. He probably thought that enough proximity would eventually get people to like him just as much as they like her. He didn’t realize that you can’t force someone to eat cardboard just because its next to a 5 star meal.
