Originally shared this a while back, but the message still hits just as hard. Living life with passion means embracing it all — the love and the heartbreak. The excitement, the fear, the joy, the sadness. I believe in feeling everything fully. Don’t hold back on loving people just because there’s a chance you could get hurt. Play full out. Know the pain might come, but also know you’ll come out stronger — a better lover, a better healer — if you just let yourself feel. Too many people guard their hearts so tightly that no one can even reach them. Others try to erase even the slightest discomfort with substances or meds. I say… feel that shit. Let it hurt. Like a brutal workout that leaves you sore for a week — when you go back, you’re stronger.
