mmm i feel like wed get along with you great. tell them how it is and exactly what you want to see happen and do not let up on them. 9/10 times they just do not listen to us (im a cna, 4 almost 5 years now) we are physically with your family members 9/10 times more then any office staff, they just dont wanna deal with it. theyre lazy. thats all it is. they get to sit on there a** in an office making the big bucks while were busting ours
