@ter1z: Grow up 🆙 6 months of consistent training. I trained for 6 months without skipping a single workout, because my desire to change was stronger than staying in a body I didn’t want. In just 23 seconds, you’ll see the results of my effort and patience. Just like any normal person, there were days when I didn’t feel like going to the gym. But in those moments, I turned off my mind and just moved my body. I also want to add — I did all of this without a trainer or a strict diet. For me, the most important things were strength training and cardio. I trained based on how I felt. But now, I know it’s time to pay more attention to my sleep and nutrition.
