Did you know the only reason we know the human body is about 70% water is because the japanese used chinese prisoners as lab rats and baked on alive until they essentially became human jerky and then measured the weight of water loss ^^? This info was then given/sold to the soviet union and america which both helped cover it up all ‘in the name of science’ or smth (Pretty sure there was an american born chinese girl who wrote about the horrific stuff that happened and published a book in like 2005-2007 but was bashed so hard by americans who didnt believe her she commited self die)

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN ACTUALLY LEARNING: Theres a lot of political misinformation about what happened to the Uyghurs actually. Information about internment camps and massacres and genocides are definitely blown up by Western propaganda. In reality, it’s that yes, there is sometimes animosity between the Han and Uyghur people because they were in different “tribes” but not to the extent in which Uyghurs are put in internment camps. The Uyghurs are free to go wherever they want. Similar to anywhere else, sometimes they commit crimes and are thrown in jail, and a lot of jails happen to be located in Xingjiang because of their proximity to deserts, but the vast majority of people in the jails are still Han chinese. By blowing up anything that happens to Uyghur people, who are more “turkish adjacent” (and I say that very lightly as they are still their own cultural subset), the west is able to gain political power out of it. My family knows many people who grew up in Xingjiang, which has a lot of Uyghur people. They are not being targeted there, they live like normal!
