He is singing about himself. Frank Underwood will return. Found not guilty & no convictions, yet why isn't he back in the game fully? It's a shame how Hollywood treated him. Watch "Swimming with the Sharks" if you haven't already done so. Its an excellent film, he's almost not acting just being himself I feel.
