As someone who also struggled with this and it became one of the reasons I stopped working on myself I 100% understand extacly what you mean. I’m trying to work on my mental and emotional health atm and I hope one day I can get back to being more active

Someone on instagram to follow is rawfitnessandnutrition. She talks about what you are doing right now is actually not helping you for your body goals. Strength training> cardio. But it is amazing to hear your physical health improving! Running is more for fun and self accomplishment than losing weight/building muscle
