Therapy is cool®️ been saying that since 2017  & now I’m here to tell you in 2025 not all therapy is trauma-informed. Not all therapists know how to guide you through trauma therapy. But, if you have trauma (acute, chronic, PTSD, C-PTSD, anything that’s been too much too soon too fast to hard for your nervous system), YOU CAN HEAL.  As a therapist & coach I became a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional & got my Certification in Religious Trauma Studies. It really requires intentional speciality to help trauma clients truly process & heal.  I’ve participated in almost every form now of formal trauma therapy. There is no right or wrong choice.    ✅Here’s what I recommend: 1) Ask friends for good therapist referrals 👋🏻 ➡️ I’m accepting a few new therapy clients who want to do deep feel deal heal work - DM me 🛋️ 2) Scope out the referral & see if they talk about treating trauma specifically  3) Dedicate to a daily practice to ground & reflect to help you consistently rewire your brain  Here’s some resources of mine you can use: 1) ‼️IMPORTANT: Start practicing grounding daily‼️  I made the feel deal heal®️ coping skills deck for this reason.
