And it’s not like he doesn’t know he’s here on a visa on a temporary. He said he fully knew here he let it expire and didn’t even take care of it. That’s not somebody that’s smart better than that.

his visa has been expired for nine ears. I know many people that have come here on visa. Also my own siblins have married and guess what , they’re spouses are citizens. it can be done .

B-2 is a tourist visa, he should’ve never been working to begin with. He overstayed his visa starting more than 9 years ago. Meaning he knowingly lied when he got his B2 visa saying it was for “tourism” to make entry into the US when he knew he was just going to work and live in the US. No empathy.

He is a prime example of why people need to stay on track with their visa and green cards. You can’t just let it go and think, oh yeah, I’ll do it tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. Now it’s gonna take more time or your wife can move to your country and get her papers.
