Interesting fact about this song: Rumi (and her singer) are Altos. The high notes for Golden are way outside of an Altos range and in Soprano territory. So it wasn't just the demon pattern causing Rumi to have trouble singing. She was pushing herself too hard trying to be perfect and she was stressing and damaging her vocal chords trying to hit notes that are way outside of her vocal range. The high notes in Golden are SUPPOSED to sound stressed and unnatural when Rumi sings them. At the end when she sings "This Is What It Sounds Like" the entire song is sung in a lower vocal register in the Alto range. So the part in the lyrics where Rumi sings "my voice without the lies, this is what it sounds like" has a double meaning.

THIS is one of the more impressive ones. Most have auto tune and the majority who are not musically inclined won't hear it but it's so obvious they're using computer software to adjust their voices to the right pitch. This one though, sounds natural. This is skill. Bravo. 🙏🎉
