once I learned to front load calories I don't go to bed hungry anymore.. I eat most of my food in the middle of the day so dinner is actually my smallest meal and I'm very full

When you have to pee, you don’t convince yourself to wait. The same should go when you feel real hunger. After years of under eating feeling that way at bed time is so normal (not in a good way). I promise recovery is a journey and it’s not always linear. But keep going. Your brain and body will heal 🫶🏼🫶🏼

This is so common in recovery. I find the more I eat the more I want to eat. There are lots of podcasts and science behind this. Your body needs more than you think it does to repair and make up for lost calories in the past. Remember the caloric goal is a minimum. The constant hunger will diminish once your body trusts you again that fuel is always available.
