I’m not sure why I felt called to share this now, in this way, but I put this together and it felt like it was time. I think a part of me knows that this is a part of healing. I’ve always shared the hardest parts of my life with you guys because it helps me feel seen & understood. Letting people know that I was in pain, a tremendous amount of it, and how I walk through that pain is important to me. There was so much that I didn’t know about miscarriages. I turned to tiktok a few times for guidance and found a few creators that shared, but there was so much more that I wish I would have have access and knowledge of before it happened to me and while it happened to me. It’s been almost 5 months and I’m doing so much better but still have my moments. We are on our journey to figure out why we haven’t had any luck getting and staying pregnant the last two years. So far, the only thing that shows up as a possible issue is my thyroid. It wasn’t the reason for my MM, but it could be the reason I wasn’t getting pregnant before or since. I started my TikTok journey talking about my hypothyroidism, and I really hoped that it would never affect me in this way, but here we are.
