Have your doctor prescribe blood pressure meds. 80mg Propranalol. It helps prevent migraines. I had 5-6 a month minimum - now I maybe get 1 a month. And with my insurance it’s free meds.

About twenty years ago I had cluster headaches which lasted three days at a time. A doctor friend told me to take vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) and I have not had any problems since. I don’t need to take it anymore. I hope that may help. But go to a health store for it.
