ik this is controversial but I’ve been making a tuna salad but with cottage cheese and greek yogurt, adding things like tomato, avocado, celery, etc.. it’s so underrated and such high protein and I put it on sourdough!!

Change up you bowls! Use ground chicken and cilantro lime rice with sweet potato cottage cheese and avocado! Or stuffed chicken breast! Slice the chicken halfway open and stuff with pspperjack cheese and broccoli or cheddar and asparagus! Healthy little sliders our of sweet Hawaiian bread are good too!
