I have this bowl. I thought it was great at first but then realized it was just trapping dirt in the water. And the filters get gross so fast you have to change them every 5 days.

I have the same water bowl and went to order filters. I accidentally ordered the wrong ones. The company reached out to me after I made a comment and send me the correct filters free of charge.

Had one, filters have to be changed every other day or your dog will get sick. My dogs did not like it.

You put the big charcoal filter in wrong, soak it first, then turn it over, the nubs face down.

not good if you have a berner It drools in the bowl, you see food, it’s disgusting. The spout gets rusty, the filters don’t last because where the water comes out, it gets moldy.

Make sure you open the pump to clean it or it doesn't matter how many times you clean and change the filters. The first time I realized the pump can open to be cleaned I almost vomited and I felt like the worst dog mom ever.

I pull all pieces apart. Make sure you remove all the bacteria etc. love it.

clean the pump also, it comes apart in 3 pieces, it gets nasty on the inside.
