Personally I don't take daily immunity vitamins. When I get sick I take (I'll insert pictures too!): echinacea, goldenseal root, quarcetin, vitamin A, NAC, zinc, and vitamin C. I take all of this with orange juice mixed with tonic water.

your parents don’t need to be telling you what to take, a doctor should lol

Smoothie with spirul-tein vanilla protein powder, with spinach and fruit in it. There’s healthier protein powders out there but this actually taste good and I don’t have to gag it down. Also vitamin c and grape seed extract are good for immunity and inflammation and if you take to much vitamin c u won’t get toxic(maybe just diarrhea). Use vitamin c if u feel like ur gonna get sick and it often can knock it out

honestly you should really just go to the doctor and get a routine blood test! that will tell you if you are deficient in anything first because you definitely don’t want to to have too much of something (i was taking b12 everyday and my blood test told me my levels were too high!)

As a nurse I’d say the best thing you can do is be diligent about hand washing. Cute hand sanitizers are helpful but soap and water kill norovirus! And remember the mind body connection is strong, so take care of your brain too. A multivitamin doesn’t hurt too. Labs at your physical can identify deficiencies
