Love these recommendations! People shoukd still incorporate some sustained cardio/ HIIT for cardio health. I love walking, but it’s (usually) not really gonna get your heart rate very high for a sustained amount of time.

Women need more a healthy diet, more protein, more fiber, and 100% strength training esp as we age and go thru menopause. Cardio is for cardiovascular, which we all need, just not as much as the first 4 and definitely not as much as old studies suggested!
