im so sorry youre going through this, you should really try to lay back on the picking and ice your face regularly throughout the day! that’s helped me a lot with calming my skin down after picking it a lot.

Don’t pop them until they are fully white because you’re damaging your skin. You can also try putting ice on them . Trust me I learned. And try drinking spearmint tea or celery juice. 🩷

I had some on the side of my mouth one time and omg I couldn’t even talk because it hurt !! I’m so sorry boo :( I got on clindymicin and it helped so much!!

Sometimes it’s best to use gauze wrapped around your finger and manually squeeze so that you can go deeper. Then always spray or wipe with antiseptic

You poor thing! You’re very brave to post this💗 Place a pimple patch on anything that has come to a head. A warm tea bag/compress can reduce the swelling on cystic pimples. Wash your face with clean hands rather than a wash cloth, they can be too abrasive. Hope this helps💗

Try mederma, they have it at target and it’s for scars it helped me. I also learned that using that tool gives you scars for pushing down trying to get it out… using pimple patches is really good and just washing your face. Hopefully this helps
