I read the review. I don’t rlly get it. He’s talking abt filler but than he keeps talking abt naked which has more filler imo and as an album flows less coherently than please tell me im pretty and Dead Fish Vol. 1. I feel like a narrative ppl may have is that because dead fish wasn’t this big theatrical personal album from you that it’s “boring” and not “ambitious” but I’d say it’s a top 3 Perry album, Zion has some of his best prod. (Like this song for example) that just feels grimy in all the right way and like I don’t like resorting to comparison but this album reminds me of a mf doom album Just straight bars over great prod. While yes naked had some highlights and ideas I’d like to see revisited in the future it doesn’t ruin the greatness of these projects and I feel like as an artist ur projects are becoming more consistent
