We’ve been trying to move our companies clients from GS to see us. We started in January and we’re still trying to get GS to release the funds of these clients eight months later GS absolutely sucks. It’s the worst company I’ve ever worked with.

I think the whole NFL thing is a red herring to distract from the fact he was targeting that CEO because of all the chaos Blackstone brought about the country, buying up all the homes and apartments and jacking up the rents for everybody, the second gal looked just like the CEO, maybe he didn’t know which one was the CEO so he confronted both. He went straight to the 33rd floor, he didn’t stop at the fifth floor where the NFL is located, and the media doesn’t want to specify this because of what happened to another CEO in New York City months ago, but I don’t believe he went there to find the NFL, he went there to find that CEO. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

It’s a mutual fund that owns a bunch of real estate, like hotels, data centers, casinos, etc. Nothing nefarious, just a way for upper-middle class people to invest in real estate.

Each LLC is probably used to own a property or a couple of properties for asset protection. I used to work for a Florida attorney who had a big commercial real estate client and this was the basic structure.

Blackstone founders were two executives from from Lehman Brothers. Lehman Brothers was the old,old firm that went bellyup in 2008 at the precipice of the Housing Market bubble. The Lehman Bros. CEO appeared before the House SubCommittee on Oversight and Government Reform and they discovered even though they were in bankruptcy, some executives were still getting huge bonuses.
