We use the surface sani daily, so we keep it accessible.  2. We keep food near the food prep area. To the left of spices are metal mixing bowls, back up Yakumi, etc. yes; heat exposure can damage your spices & decrease potency. But my red chili flakes are like 3 years old so…  3. Here’s the rest of the rice, y’all. And the food goes near the food prep area.  4. Air fryers are just convection ovens, friends. This one is Cuisine art from the thrift store for $13 & it clicks as the fan spins. Bus bin for staging dirty dishes until I’m ready to wash them.  5. We use Dawn soap most often as surface cleaner. A sponge & some sudsy water will get you there 99% of the time. Wipe down with a wet cloth & finish with some surface sanitizer & you’re g2g. Dirty rags go low & we wash them like every third day. If they’re super dirty (they never are bc we clean all the time) I’ll soak them in oxyclean before washing.  6. The holder for our soap & sponges is a vintage planter. Some ppl will def comment on the break ability of the ceramic. You right. I’ll risk it. Home kitchen 🤷‍♀️
