I have had 2 of my flights delayed. Weather reasons. That’s out their control & would happen on any other airline. I flew with them last week to Virginia and only 10 people were on the plane. I know they lost money flying that flight & they didn’t cancel or delay the flight.

Then your flight gets cancelled and they can’t book you on anything else and you are stuck. Meanwhile the big airlines have had me on a cancelled flight and rebooked me on a different big airline

spirit once delayed my flight back from boston for 7 hours, gave us food vouchers that didn’t work at the airport, cancelled the flight, refused to offer hotels cause we had to stay overnight & only available flight was 10pm the next day (after standing in line at the counter for 2 hours).
