With no less than 12 layers, this cake is packed with cherry, chocolate and cream flavors, also introduces new textures with both ganache, crunch, and mousse.

I also wanted the cake design to resemble the traditional version - just made into an entremet cake - so I added both cream and cherries on top 🍒 And some personal news related to this cake: As some of you also may know, I currently live in Berlin in Germany, but my boyfriend and I will be moving to Amsterdam in the Netherlands!
