while the panda is whimsically sitting. the true beauty of this film lies in the cards, the creator wishes to show us something grand. something spectacular, and while it is grand we then get a dive into their personal thoughts "I didn't think I'd make it this far" a phrase uttered by those who have been through the worst history has to offer. and still survive. this is a tale of triumph. hilighted by the calm music. such as the calm after the storm, this video serves as a break and a moment of connection. most people found this video by doom scrolling, by watching things to drag them further down and yet we are brought here to see a panda sitting in a pond. a grand site to behold. we are alike the creator of this video in a sense, we have made it so far. and so many think they won't make it. but they have. you have. humans are deserving of love intrinsically, and this video is a gift. you are deserving of love

It all washes over you like waves in the ocean. At the most surface level the video presents itself as a joke, the juxtaposition of the calm and peaceful panda bear in its absolute serenity vs the idea of our struggles being a weight so “grand” we can’t withstand them. I see the panda bear as representative of our most base feelings, the feelings of nature and being ok with oneself, of being alone and at a standstill. While you may feel you need to be “grand” to mean anything at all we ironically enough to find ourselves feeling the most in those quiet small moments, it isn’t about making it at all, it’s about living with the understanding that every moment is a choice and a possibility to feel it absolutely, you are presented with a choice. All you can ever hope to do is live.
