When my cat was a kitten she was horrible at night so we made her “Jammie’s” it was a sock we cut and she immediately would fall asleep

I did that maybe the first year of having my first 2 cats (only when they would be extremely crazy and we all needed sleep). I ended up accidentally teaching them that nights are for sleeping and not zoomies so once everyone’s in bed they sleep the whole night. Mind you I haven’t put them in outfits at night in so long but it went as far as my newer cats noticing that they’d sleep throughout the night so when they outgrew kitten phases they too sleep at night lol
