@_rubygrantt: Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas (mashed) 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, high-protein) 1/3 cup peanut butter (natural) 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 scoop of protein powder 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup chocolate chips Method: 1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a small baking dish or loaf pan with baking paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. 3. Add in the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, protein powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined. 4. Once combined add in egg mix it in. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle extra choc chips on top. 6. Bake for 18–22 minutes 7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing.
