I used to own a childcare facility and I had to give the infant Heimlich to a child who brought a sticker in that she had gotten at swim class. It took me eight minutes of hard back, compressions to save that child while we were waiting for the paramedics to come, and we had already gotten her mom on the phone for a full six minutes of that time!

The staff failed her. Heimlich and cpr should have been done immediately. There’s no way it should have taken another teacher to do CPR and the baby’s teacher was right there. 😔 EVERY SECOND COUNT!! Every daycare need a lifeVAC

That means they didn’t not cut up his food for his age. Per licenscing all food must be cooked and cut per the age group to avoid any choking hazard, that even if they do accidentally swallow it they cannot choke.
