Butter Chicken Kebab: Marinade: - 2-3 lb chicken thighs - 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/4 cup yogurt yogurt - 2-3 tbsp Mayo - 1 tbsp Gram flour/Chickpea flour/Besan - 1/2tbsp Red Chili Powder - 1/2tbsp Paprika - 2tsp ground black pepper - 1tbsp cumin powder - 1/4 cup mustard oil - Salt to taste White/Green Sauce - 1.5 tbsp yogurt - 1.5 tbsp Mayo - 2tsp Green Chutney (coriander/mint/both) - Salt to taste - A pinch black pepper ✨ - 2-3 tbsp melted hot butter (for later) - Shaan Chaat masala (for later) Method: • Marinate chicken with all the ingredients listed under “marinade” for at least 30 minutes or overnight. • If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water to prevent burning. • Stack the marinated chicken onto the skewers. • Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes. • Once cooked, broil each side for a minute or two to get that charred finish. • Place the skewers on a serving dish. • Drizzle with white sauce, sprinkle chaat masala, and top with hot melted butter. • Serve with cumin rice or fluffy bread like naan or paratha. . . . #kebab #kabab #foodtiktok #FoodTok #eid #eidrecipes #bangladeshi
